VMU launches international program for the education of gifted children

This week, Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) is launching an international Lithuanian-Israeli program “Gifted”, aimed at educating gifted children. The program is implemented according to the internationally recognized Israeli model of education for gifted children, which consists of special educational programs for children aged 3-18 and an IQ testing methodology. The program has attracted great attention in Lithuania – two hundred candidates registered, from which 47 third-graders and 11 eleventh-graders were selected through tests. The selection was carried out by Lithuanian and Israeli educational experts and psychologists.
