About the Conference
Giftedness can be related to high achievement and positive school adjustment as well as to difficulties and underachievement. To avoid such negative outcomes and accommodate the above-mentioned needs, didactic-educational planning must be personalized and aim at the development of both learning potential and socio-emotional skills.
The main question of the conference is what does the social, school, and family environment of the learner do to promote opportunities for growth? There is no prototype for giftedness, because both the profiles of gifted people and their talents are very complex and diverse.
The interdisciplinary conference to nurture communication and education between specialists from different disciplines. Experts from psychology, medicine, education and other disciplines come together to share and learn. The meeting offers lectures, paper sessions, workshops, discussion and posters during the scientific program.
The Conference is a great opportunity for researchers, educators, psychologists, parents, and other stakeholders to gather from around the globe to discuss the vital matters, issues, and concerns that impact the field of gifted education and gifted children.

Onsite participants are welcome in Kaunas for two full days of thought-provoking sessions, integrated by endless networking opportunities and social events.
Online participants can contribute with asynchronous or synchronous online presentations.
