The international program for gifted children is implemented by Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), the University of Haifa (Israel) and the internationally recognized Ron Vardi Center in Rishon Lezion (Israel), which develops and helps to reveal the cognitive and creative competencies of talented children.
