Abstract Submission

Authors willing to submit an abstract are invited to send it by email to gifted@vdu.lt, using the official abstract template (attached to the conference website).

 

Abstract requirements:

  • The official and only accepted language is English.
  • The abstract must not exceed 350 words (excluding keywords and references).
  • Keywords (3–5) and references must be included.

Submission deadline: (įrašykime datą).

 

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Academic Committee based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the conference themes
  • Content development and originality
  • Theoretical and/or practical contribution
  • Clarity and quality of writing
  • Adherence to academic standards and mechanics.

 

Presentation Type

parallel session is a 20-minute session in which individuals present material about a specific topic. Interaction in this format is typically limited to questions and answers.

roundtable discussion is a session designed for more informal discussions with participants. Each session should have a short (3 – 5 minute presentation) followed by some time for questions and discussion. This format is particularly appropriate for works in progress including doctoral research.

poster session is a 25-minute session in which individuals visually present a research study, program, or project. This format is particularly appropriate for works in progress including doctoral research. Posters will be displayed in a designated location throughout the conference, and there will be a specific time in the schedule for presenters to interact with audiences.

 

All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings published with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes.

Pedagogy is an international open access periodical journal of scientific papers. The journal analyses problematic issues of the education system and self-education processes, the self-education practice transformation actions and processes, and education science empirical research data implementation in practice. Pedagogy publishes interdisciplinary publications in education and other science directions. Also, the journal publishes monographs, reviews of submitted doctoral thesis, conferences surveys and discussion publications. Pedagogy is one of the first journals of education science launched in 1962 and named as Pedagogy and Psychology until 1980 and then renamed as Pedagogy.

Our Scope

The scope of Gifted education 2025 includes, but is not confined, to the following topics:

  • Diversity of learners
  • Leadership in the education of gifted children in the country/municipality/school: collegiality, innovation
  • Well-being of students, opportunities for the education of gifted children in educational institutions/communities
  • Teachers’ skills for effective education of all students, taking into account the needs of each individual
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Opinions/experiences  parents, students
