We invite you to have fun and meaningful camping

Children can spend their holidays not only in a fun way, but also in a meaningful way. Bring your children to the Gifted camp of the gifted children’s education program and you will see for yourself.

On June 6-10 and 13-17, the Gifted center of the VMU Botanical Garden is organizing a summer camp for children in grades 1-4.

The organizers of the camp aim to meet the unique needs of modern children, so its program is a combination of cognitive and project activities that encourage children to learn, discover, try, create, explore, and most importantly – meet and find new friends. Campers will communicate with the Gifted center’s gifted children’s education experts and special guests who have knowledge and unique experience that help children improve, promote personal growth and curiosity. The camp program focuses on creative activities that develop teamwork, self-awareness, and the ability to create joy.

During the camp, children will:

  • learn about the history of Freda Manor, its secrets and treasures, participate in the historical activity “From Freda Manor to …”;

  • take an orientation walk through the Botanical Garden, explore nature, flora and fauna, conduct experiments, create a camp diary and record events;

  • get acquainted with the world of dance and entertainment in the manor then and now, participate in dance battles;

  • get acquainted with the crafts of the manor and try out several different art and fine art techniques, create dream catchers and kites.

Choose the most convenient time for you and register – the number of places is limited!
